Dear Customers,
Please be advised that on 30 June 2017 Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o, seated in Konin, merged with Przedsiębiorstwo Serwisu Automatyki i Urządzeń Elektrycznych EL PAK Sp. z o.o., seated in Konin.
The merger was executed under art. 492 § 1 s. 1 of the code of commercial companies [kodeks spółek handlowych], i.e. by transferring all the assets of the company taken over: Przedsiębiorstwo Serwisu Automatyki i Urządzeń Elektrycznych EL PAK Sp. z o.o., seated in Konin onto the company taking over: Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o, seated in Konin. On the day of merger all the liabilities and receivables under general succession were transferred from Przedsiębiorstwo Serwisu Automatyki i Urządzeń Elektrycznych EL PAK Sp. z o.o. onto the company:

KRS companies register number: 0000090150, share capital: PLN 15,532,358.00
As of the date the decision by the District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register of 30 June 2017 on the merger becomes final and binding, the company Przedsiębiorstwo Serwisu Automatyki i Urządzeń Elektrycznych EL PAK Sp. z o.o, ul. Przemysłowa 158, entered in the entrepreneurs register of the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS index 0000083598, NIP tax id number 6652433018, Regon statistical number 311093707 shall be deleted from the register.
Due to the above as of 1 July 2017 the invoices so far issued for Przedsiębiorstwo Serwisu Automatyki i Urządzeń Elektrycznych EL PAK Sp. z o.o must be issued for Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o, ul. Przemysłowa 158, 62-510 Konin and sent to the company’s address.
