Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o. has over 50 years of experience in construction, refurbishment and maintenance of power plants and HV substations.


As a separate company, PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o. was established in 1999, as the result of restructuring program of ZE PAK S.A. (Pątnów Adamów Konin Power Plants Group) – all staff of maintenance departments was acquired from power plants.

At first the company concentrated on ZE PAK (Pątnów Adamów Konin power stations) area, providing maintenance for the power stations and participating in investment projects related to reconstruction and development of production capacity.

Later on our company gradually expanded its operations both in domestic market and abroad, which helped us gain wide experience in the execution of various power generation structures.
Currently we provide comprehensive services in construction, maintenance, repair and modernisation of technological machinery and systems (including the assembly of boilers, turbines and other power generating machines) as well as electrical and automatic control systems (a wide range of services from HV electrical equipment to digital control systems).
The company employs mainly highly-skilled specialists with long experience in the area, has modern equipment and the necessary workshop and warehouse facilities.

Our potential combined with experience and references helps us to perform comprehensive investment and modernisation projects on our own or in cooperation with companies recognised in the industrial construction area and also in renewable energy sources area, now developing dynamically.

In cooperation with leading technology and machinery suppliers we do our best to develop our competencies in specialist services (welding, technical diagnostics, digital control systems, electrical protection systems, control and power evacuation systems in RES) in cooperation with leading suppliers of technology and technical equipment.

Mission

The mission of Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o is a long-term concept of operating as a „reliable and recognised contractor of specialist repairs, service and investment in power engineering and industrial systems in power engineering and industry. We modernise and maintain electrical and automatic systems in power engineering.”

This means that we aim at obtaining a position in which PAK SERWIS will be seen as:

  • a key provider of running service and repairs,
  • general contractor and subcontractor of modernisation and investment works,
  • a preferred contractor of service and repairs, modernisation and investment works in power engineering and mining industries,
  • an active bidder and contractor of repairs, modernisation and investment of selected machines and industrial systems in chemical industry,
  • provider of modernisation, repairs, service and maintenance (technical and design consulting, deliveries, assembly, supervision and service) in the following: industrial and electrical power engineering automation, electrical machinery, IT infrastructure, measurements and diagnostics.
